What does Astans cost?
Professional costs €149 per month including 2 users. An additional user costs €25 per month and a desk user €15 per month. Customized Pro costs €299 per month including 2 users. An additional user costs €39 per month and a desk user €15 per month.
Are updates included?
Standard product updates are part of the license service; customer-specific development can be agreed separately.
Implementation
How long does implementation take?
That depends on scope, configuration, migration, integrations and custom requirements. A limited standard configuration can be implemented quickly; more complex environments require a broader implementation.
Can existing data be imported?
Yes. Customers, products, suppliers and other data can be migrated using import files or a migration project.
Do I receive training?
Yes, when training is included in the agreed implementation scope.
Technology & security
Where is data stored?
The current website states that data is hosted in secure European or Dutch data centres and processed in line with GDPR requirements. Exact hosting arrangements can be agreed per environment.
How secure is my data?
Astans uses encrypted connections, access control, regular updates and backups. Permissions can be configured by user and role.
Are backups made?
Yes. The current website states that automatic backups are made daily.
